It will go to the logo screen and turn on then restart. It also has a crack on the screen. What is gin?

I can't. The phone won't get past the logo screen

I am guessing that since it won't go past logo screen, it is not possible to do a factory reset. Also, on the htc, you cannot remove the battery. This would probably be best used as a parts phone.
