Description

The listing, Five baby trees, your choice - oak, tulip tree, Oregon grape or maple has ended.

Your choice of oak, tulip tree, Oregon grape or maple, any combination! May be some limitation due to availability. I have all four varieties but might not always have five of one kind. The $2.50 shipping charge is for all five baby trees to be sent in the same package. I may also have a walnut I can dig up and I will search to see if I have any more white pine seedlings.

Hmm. I have no idea. They come from my neighbor's gigantic trees! We get tons of acorns every autumn and the squirrels assist with planting them. This is Western NC, right against Pisgah National Forest.

The first photo above is of a couple of my baby oak trees. I am not an expert but when mature, they do produce acorns.

I don't know about seeds (acorns) just now. They show up in the fall. I'll try to think this through.

I'll have to hunt for some. I think they might be gone but I'll check. I may have a couple.

I believe so. I haven't noticed. I live in a forest and I can barely see the trees for the forest! Sorry. Couldn't resist! They are leafing out now but I will make a point of noticing this fall! They are volunteers. We have maples, oaks, hemlocks, white pine, tulip trees, dogwoods, native azaleas and rhododendrons and zillions of wildflowers, shrubs and ferns. It's hard to keep up with all of them, but I am learning.

I searched in the yard and I did find four more little white pines, so I have all of the ones listed.
