Domo has been around since the mid 70's. He's the mascot for the Japanese Broadcasting Company... but his little stop motion spots were meant as station bumpers but then he got his own little cult following. The whole kittens and masturbation thing is a bad joke that came from a poor translation and seeded on the net making him internationally known.
