Nokia lumina 521 carrier is METRO PCS. Great phone everything works. Got for my daughter and she says she doesn't like the windows operating system, got her an android. This phone has no issues. Battery life is amazing. Has some pre loaded games on it but once u get it u can do what u want. If the bidding reaches 40,000 I'll ship free! I usually ship flat rate so shipping will be about $6 in the USA if bids don't reach the 40,000.
