This phone doesn't not come with a service card. It comes w a USB charger and a pink and black case. Purchaser pays exact shipping anywhere in the u.s. Tho phone is not unlocked and does not take a SIM card. But has a slot for micro sd card for memory storage not included. Unless agreed upon otherwise shipping will be standard.
