I could seriously use this!! I have a six month old daughter I've taken lessons, but it always scares me to death I may panic if something happened and forget what I learned. This would definitely be a good way to keep the memory fresh!

Yes. This would def b helpful but everyone pls remember that cpr keeps changing but the techniques r basically the same. :) Good luck!!!

No. It is a whole kit with cpr babydoll, a dvd, a reminder card and a cpl of other things. It is to learn the right technique on how to administer cpr the proper way. It is brand new. Still in original packaging from the red cross. It looks pretty useful. I don't need it because I was an emt and know cpr already. Thx for looking and asking. Sandy. :)

Is this a step by step guide? My daughter is 5 months old and has already been hospitalized once for choking issues. I'd love to be able to use this with the whole family so that everyone can learn what to do. We live in the country so it takes up to 20mins for an ambulance to get here. This could literally save her life! Definitely bidding!!!!

It is from american red cross so i am guessing it is pretty much step by step. I never watched the video bc i kept it sealed. Nothing beats a 1 day cpr trining course. This would def b helpful to u or anyone that has lil ones. Hoped this helped. :)
