When you place your auction, if you click free shipping, then it flashes up that free shipping is unconditional. Otherwise, others just leave it as buyer pays shipping, but mentions in the description if the auction goes so high then they offer free shipping. Sorry, that's just what Listia says!

On future auctions, if you are not offering complete free shipping, then don't click on the free shipping button, put in the description or the title "free shipping for so many points" that you want!
