There will not be anyone else who has a tutu like your childs' unless they also got my instructions because I designed this tutu myself. I was sick of the tulle tutus which look great for about 5 minutes until they get squished down. I wanted one my daughter could wear to a party, sit in it, play in it and by the end of the party it would still look good. I will send you complete instructions including templates for the "petals" via a PowerPoint presentation. You only need basic needle and thread sewing skills. If you can sew on a button you can make this tutu.
