This Romeo & Juliet Couture stretch jersey dress features a cowl neckline and a tiered ruffle skirt. The three-quarter length sleeves are detailed with ruching at the sides. The waist is accented with an elasticized band. The skirt has four tiers of ruffled jersey with a raw edges. Lined skirt. Dress measures approximately 36" from shoulder to bottom hem and is a size medium.

Gorgeous!! I don't think I can fit a medium quite yet!! Sometimes I can so I'll watch anyway and see if you wouldn't mind posting measurements and how much this stretches!! I love it!! It's a women's, and it might fit a small, it just depends if you're on the larger or smaller size of being a small. :-)

As it says above, it's free shipping for US addresses, but if you live in Canada then you need to pay the exact shipping cost. I have no problem getting an estimate prior to shipping if you live in Canada.

The dress is brand new. I tried it on once and it didn't fit, so it went back into the bag it came in. No rips, marks, tears or anything like that.

I hope so. I have to wear dress clothes and I have the dress pants and pant suits and even a suit that has the shorts that are like dress pants to the knee but was told I cant wear the shorts one and these pants are getting super hot.. Hopefully we will find out soon.
