I don't know the size because there was never any tags, but I'd guess a medium. I say it's couture meaning it's handmade, absolutely unique, gorgeous.

All the ties have cute beads at the end so they won't come undone. It ties around your neck and at your waist. The tie around your waist allows the top to be adjusted however you want. I think it would totally fit B, C, and D cups.

Measurements:
-Waist: up to 30" right under your bust
-Length: 25.5" with curvy hemline
-Top: 7.5" at the bottom (widest part) 0.25" at the top (narrowest part) 7.5" from waistline up to where the ties start. The ties are 13"
-Hips: doesn't matter! It's very loose, flowy at the bottom, so if it fits around your waist, it'll fit everywhere else.
