A beautiful dress blouse. It never had the string loops to hold the tie and the sales person told me that it wasn't meant to be just the waist tie. It could be used as the waist tie, a hair tie a neck scarf or neck tie or could go through to pants belt loops as it's matching tie belt so I did all those different ties and she was right and they all looked pretty neat. She also said it could be dress or casual but I liked the dress look better with black slacks. It's up to you once you bid an win!
