is this just nail polish for people who already have long nails or the stuff to do gel nails?

It is mainly a polish but you dont need a base coat or a top coat inside the box it also comes with the gel polish, activator, & the brush cleaner. It also states on box instructions gel perfect is not just polish please review complete instructions hope this helps i never tried these.

This product is better for ppl who already have long nails!! If ur nails r really thin and break easily, this is a good product to use!! But there r nail tips u can buy that go along with this product also!! It's not the regular tips u buy to use with the acrylic, it's a slightly thinner base on the part that holds ur nail tip so it looks more natural!!
