What I have is one of those Permanent Match Lighters. It is silver and high grade plastic polymer, metal cast casing, magnesium, ferro rod, and a key chain. It is great for outdoors camping, hikers or even for everyday use. But let me say this, it is new but my husband used it once and said it did not work for him. But as I told him it may just only need to let fluid soak in it before using it. Didn't listen of course, so now I am offering it to you, AS IS. It is new he only tried it that day. So good luck to all that bid.
