I'm sorry Annette I didn't finish answering your question. The juicer was made December of 2010. The juicer comes with a lifetime warranty.

The shipping charges on this are more than fair. you must be getting a discount because I shipped a 15lb package half the dimensions of this yesterday that cost $30.00 for ground and $5.75 for packaging.
To confirm, are you only charging $17.95 for shipping in the United States? Thank you :)

Thank you very much - and yes I do get a shipping discount and so I'm only charging what I am being charged.

Yes it's $17.95 anywhere in the US except Hawaii or Alaska - unfortunately UPS does not do ground shipping to Hawaii or Alaska from Philadelphia.

no problem and good question. I've had the juicer for about a month now. It's been hanging around in my kitchen cabinet free from water, dirt, or any other possible nuisance. The juicer is still brand new - I've never used it. I hope I have answered your question.
