The screen has very light hairline scratches, and the housing has normal wear and tear around the edges as well. A very well cared for phone! I have upgraded to the iPhone, and do not need this.
Great working condition, holds a charge, everything works. It has a slot for a microSD card, but I do not have one that I am including.
The phone has a CLEAN IMEI, which means you can insert your AT&T regular sized SIM card (not micro-sim), or any other USA based GSM provider's SIM, or any worldwide GSM SIM card.

Yes, I kept this phone over my contract because of its battery life. For me, it lasted all day long. Which is surprising, I thought, for a smart phone of its size!

No we have straight talk, that's we have always used for years, they have a straight talk store setup at a walmart near us, she looked it up and it did say you can transfer this phone to a straight talk prepaid service plan! They have $30, $45, $60, etc...prepaid monthly service cards, and they indeed use a sim card as well, Thanx ill be bidding, and hey if it doesn't work, its on me rite? , lol, that's even if I win, lol, Thanx Again!

Awesome! :) I had Metro PCS years ago and transferred SIM cards to a different smart phone and it worked. They are similar to straight talk with their unlimited plans too. Well I hope you win! I really liked this phone, I took better care of it than any other I've owned! :)

Straight talk is through Wal-Mart just like tmobile, nevermind they can be switched yaaaayyt I figured it, well my ol lady did!

Only tmobile prepaid is through Walmart. I would not get that because I tried to get that a while back and they gave me the run around, because you can't go into a tmobile store for help or payments. But I have heard good things about smart talk. :) Just like I said, be sure to have a smartphone data plan through them so your sim is compatible to run another smart phone such as this one. :)

Straight talk is a carrier of tracfone, will it work with that?

I do believe that tracfone is different. I believe they have the straight talk line because that has the unlimited plans, etc. Now, unless they've changed, tracfone charges solely by the minute (you need to buy the cards to replenish minutes to have service). It is a true pay-as-you-go network. If they have a smartphone plan, then maybe it would work. Likewise with Straight Talk, or any other network like it, you NEED to have a plan with one of their SMARTPHONES to start off with. It needs to be this way so that your SIM card and your data plan are strong enough to power data on an Internet explorer through your phone :) (I.e.- you can't have a low-grade Internet plan through a flip phone and put your sim in a smartphone to try and save money on Internet data). This goes for any sim transfers. :)

It will work for any gsm network that can provide you with a standard sized SIM card. :) I used mine with tmobile. It's an AT&T phone but it is unlocked. I have the AT&T network now with my iPhone. :)
