This auction is for 10 Carolina Reaper seeds. these seeds are true! this is an isolated plant with ZERO chance of cross pollination. I wasnt gonna list them but am feeling bad for the people that are being pressured to buy them from a fellow listian. you can google if you want, but it is against the law to sell Carolina Reaper seeds unless you are the developer.

If you win my seeds it is illegal for you to sell them also..Thats what patents are for and thats why the developer has paid good money to get one on this pepper! (sorry..had to say that)

You state it's illegal to SELL these seeds. Although Listia auctions are token barters they nevertheless are SALES. Has anyone ever checked with the patent owner (i.e., the developer) of this capsicum chinensis hybrid? Does that person sanction sales of the seeds on Listia. This site DOES define the listing of auctions as SALES. And it is commonly understood that AUCTIONS are a wholly included subset of what are legally considered as SALES.

So, when the info in your item description is read one must conclude that sale of these seeds through THIS AUCTION IS ILLEGAL. Gotta ask : Are you certain about your information about the legality or illegality of offering the seeds for sale, through any manner of selling?

I do not mean this as a snipe at you ... You are, however, the person who brought the topic up, and by doing so you did provoke the question. TMI?

google it..its against the law..obviously you didnt do that before you wrote me a book, the developer is on my friends list on FB,,I've seen numerous posts from him about his patent and the rights he has paid for to have it. So only him and the people he picks to sell his seeds you do realize I am talking about this person making a private sale for CASH... you should have googled first...cause it is obvious you dont know what you are talking about..also maybe you should google the word patent and see what that tells ya I dont care what you mean..snipe or not

and I am certain if I contacted Ed Currie and showed him the auction where she states she is selling seeds..and showed him the message she sent me where she wants 8 bucks for 10 seeds..he would have his lawyers all over it. thats what he does, thats why he paid for a patent. these seeds and plants are patented..against the law to sell both
