Here is a lovely pair of black suede pumps from Charlotte Russe. They are normally a 9 but i put cushion inserts in them which made them fit like an 8 or 7 1/2. They are too small for me now. :( i wore them twice. Once for my my senior pictures and the other time for a wedding. They have 2 problem spots which i took pics of so you can see. They also have super cute ruffles on the right and left side of the toe.

I'd say the heal is 5" and the toe pump is 1".
