you are bidding on a PAIR/2 BYPASS PRUNING SHEARS. the larger ones are made by FISKARS. they have been used only a few times, if at all. they have a changeable, titanium cutting blade and rubberized hand grips that are angled for comfort. these shears are of high quality and retail for about $30. the other pair are a little smaller and not sure of the maker. they are very sharp and comfortable. below is from the fiskar website.please see photos for more details. ask any questions. thanx

jeffbfanning , hi, they are used. the fiskers titanium were used 1 time for about 2 hours. they have been in the shed for about 2 years. there is a very minimal amount of surface discoloration on the blade. I actually think it will clean right up. I own 2 other pair of the fisker titaniums, and believe me when I say that they weather well and can put in a hard days work, rain or shine. the other ones, I really couldn't say.found them in the shed while cleaning out. there seems to be some surface rust on them, that I think would clean right up with some steel wool. I
