Depends on what you are allergic to , But the hooks are Sterling Silver - so if you have no problems with Sterling , then yeah you should be ok , Getting them on here for free is the best way to find out .

Well as it states the HOOKS are sterling silver . I am not sure about the metal make up of the butterflies though. These little guys (the butterfly earrings) are my biggest items .I usually have several colors up , but have been lazy in the jewelry making here lately LOL.
