Used---but works absolutely perfectly. The new Super Mario Bros. for the WII is a game the whole family and all of your friends can enjoy because you can play 1 to 4 players at a time. Eight new worlds packed with enemies and surprises---and just when you think you have beat the very last castle...surprise....there is a whole new bonus star world. I have auctioned off other WII games on here before, and I also have Monsters VS. Aliens listed right now. So bid confidently :)

The only thing wrong is that the back of the case (see picture 5) the plastic has been ripped. When it was being opened my son thought that the plastic had to be removed---silly boy. A few minor scratches can be seen on the back of the game but it in NO WAY effects the game play...IT WORKS PERFECTLY. Any questions---please feel free to ask.
