The listing, Vintage Russian 15 String Lap Harp Zither Nepenenoyka 1960/70's Wooden has ended.

Nice, vintage fifteen string lap harp or zither known in Russia as a Nepenenoyka. It's all wood except the strings and string holders which are metal with green felt pads on one side. It sounds pretty decent although I'm sure it would need tuning and some cleaning to be at its best. Needs a new top string. Even if you don't play, it would be a fun decoration. It is about fourteen 1/2 inches across at the bottom and seven inches across at the top. It is about one 1/4 inches deep.

I do not know, the newer ones are made by a company in Germany I think.This one is from pre 80's
