Questions & Comments
Do you have any simplistic ones? Or ones marked 925? My hands have been reacting weirdly to metals lately...
No problem. Listed in the description: You will receive a random ring from my personal collection. The ones I have are valued from 23.00- 500.00. I do ask the winner which one they like best, and try to get that one to them. Thanks for looking though. I have the actual products they come from in another listing.
@Cherry Most people are allergic to nickel if they have a metal allergy, and it's pretty hard to avoid in costume jewelry because it is a binder. It is usually the metal that is in between the base metal (most of Jewelscent's rings are brass) and and the plating (rhodium, silver, gold, etc).
This is why people can wear some jewelry for awhile and then suddenly get itchy, because the plating has worn off. A coat of clear nailpolish is a good barrier, but it need to be recoated now and then.
I explain all that because it's best to be honest about the POSSIBILITY of nickel in costume jewelry. That said, I am highly allergic to nickel myself and will get a rash in less than 30 minutes if a piece of jewelry is mostly nickel and not plated. I've never had a reaction to any Jewelscent rings.
As for the rings turning your fingers green, this is a chemical reaction and nothing to do with the quality of the ring.
I hope that answers your question. I believe the ones I have in stock now are either silver or plated as silver.
@Moonwillow I do have one with ruby stones. It is listed in the pic, but the light made it look kind of dark. It is one of the single hand pics listed.
