Paolo Romeo sterling silver hearts necklace with a delicate openwork design, just beautiful. It measures 17-3/4 inches long and the hearts measure 1/4 inch wide. It weighs 8.8 grams. Next to the clasp it has a signature plaque that is marked PAOLO ROMEO on one side and on the other side 925 for sterling silver and also ITALY. It is in very nice pre-owned condition. I found this beauty while looking through some old jewelry and decided to look up the name and found out that Paolo Romeo Jewelry is very rare to find. So this would be an excelent piece for any woman or collector of fine jewelry to enjoy.
