Do you have the names Shannon, Julie, Jason, or Adam?
FYI Turn off the flash and take pics outside in sunlight -or- take pics inside with a good light source (NOT the flash), just move around till the glare disappears. Angle is important, but the flash is at exactly the wrong angle!
