Double blooming trumpet bush's are easy to grow and a great conversation flower. She has large flowers deep purple with white cloud like centers. Stems are purple as well and somewhat Bonsai looking. She doesn't have any pests to speak of, and is happy in most soils. I've forgotten the zones but will add that soon. Likes full Sun to part shade.

Can these seeds be planted in ground at this time?

Yep , the ground is where most of mine are planted.
If in warmer climates during the winter she will dye back but spring up in the spring.
She also makes oodles of seeds if your climate is cold cold in winter.
