I edited your auction to remove the part about shipping to the lower 48 only. To use the "free shipping" option, it must be unconditionally (but you listed a condition, lower 48 only).

I wanted to let you know that as long as you're shipping by USPS, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are no more expensive as anywhere else in the country.

If you'd like to keep your condition of lower 48 only, you certainly can, but you'd have to change your auction to "buyer pays shipping". Since you have a bid, if you want to change to buyer pays shipping, let me know and I'll change it for you.
