Windows 7 Ultimate installed
1.5gigs ram
160 gig Harddrive
Plenty of room for Ram expansion and very easy as ram is located in the bottom of this laptop instead of under the keyboard as most dell laptops are
14" LCD
This laptop is in very good condition with minimal wear and scratching very minor wear If GIN IS USED I WILL DO FREE SHIPPING OTHERWISE SHIPPING IS AS STATED If you do local pickup shipping will not apply. The smudges u see are Palmprints and fingerprints where i andled it those will be cleaned off before shipping. highly reccomend upgrading memory for better operation of system1 GIG is minimal for windows 7 and this one has a gig and a half. if you would like for me to upgrade it further it would cost you $15.00 per gig which I will be glad to do but you must deposit the funds for doing this in my paypal and allow at least an extra week for shipping of the laptop as i would have to order the ram but u can install it yourself which would probably be cheaper

Orig came with Vista and the install now is builders copy of 7 ultimate and is completely legit so I donot have a disc

Okay, I just look up the model number and all. Dell has it listed as a Notebook. Bit smaller than I was looking for but I will continue to watch. Good luck with your auction.

This is DDR2 ram there is 1- 1gig and 1- 512 md stick in it

yes it will handle 4 gigs very well and i think it can be upgraded to 6 gigs but that would probably max

No the screen is notcracked it is an actual windows 7 background and that is how it looks

Nice aution. less that half of them had dual core processors. Boost it up to 4GB RAM and it will be very nice. I can do that myself if win. Very nice of you to offer to do it though. Many don't know how and is a fortune at a store.

Yes you can buy the DDR2 ram on Ebay it works out to be about 15 bucks a gig sometimes you can get it cheaper than that but overall thats about average and the stores want to stick u about 50 bucks a gig money hungry dogs are all they are

you really dont want to be playing games that use a lot of memory on any older laptop some of the newer laptops will support that but if you are going to be playing games you need a gaming computer which most of those are desktops and cost up into thousands of dollars so no im not going to tell you this is a gaming computer

Does it work smoothly online? Zynga for instance ... does it freeze up when playing simple games like Wizard 101?

There is NO laptop that will work good in zynga because of the way zynga is designed and if you dont believe what im saying compare farmtown which is a non zymga game in facebook with any of zyngas games to wit farmville and see how much differently and better farmtown plays so no I will not tell you this or any laptop will perform well in zynga games try the same game on a desktop which by design has a better designed processor and a desktop will play zynga games but not as well as other games

Very well spoke and something I had no considered. Going into Farmville thru FB? Is that the format then that runs better? I have a Dell right now. An older one, the processor will not allow a ram upgrade past 2g. Will this one? Windows 7 also dogs a system if the ram speed and processor are not able to provide for it. Does this system run week with the 7 installed?

Notice this computer has an AMD Athlon 64X2 dual core and can handle up to 6 gigs of ram I have 1.5 gigs installed so definitely needs more ram and as stated if You win AND want me to I can install more Ram but will cost you 15 bucks per Gig or if you know how to install the ram you can get it on Ebay or Amazon for 10 to 15 bucks a gig But it would be very advisable to upgrade the ram for Windows 7 1 Gig is bare minimum
