I have this plant for over 20 years in my house that someone brought to me from Florida & do not know it's name but all i can call it is (Plant of a thousand) for if you take one leaf and lay it in some moist dirt it starts to rot it will spring up babies from all sides & make more & more plants it is so easy to keep & share with friends !! its great in sunny windows & will last you !! well as I said I have these plants for over 20 years & you can to !! Instructions
Just place it on some dirt you can get a little around the edges & keep the soil moist ! it will look like the leaf is rotting away & then you should see tiny roots & leaves around the edges Enjoy :)...V
