This auction is for a personalized signed copy of the book Butterflies and Angels. A story of a Survivor's strength, Inspiration and Will to Live. This book will be mailed to you directly from the author, who will sign and personalize this book for you. I got my copy and now want to share this awe inspiring true story with my Listia friends.

Let me talk about my experience as a cancer survivor. Physically and mentally I have been to places you don't ever want to visit. I have sttod at the edge and stared into a dark void. Yet I have Diginty Spirti and Courage.

Since the year 2002, is when my illnesses started. I have colitis, lupus, and dead lunate bone in my wrist and now have no bones in my right wrist. I had skin cancers, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, spinal stenosis, herniated discs and renal kidney failure. In 2008, I heard the words I never wanted to hear, you have breast cancer. Life is what you make it. I am making mine a good one, filled with happiness, smiles and love. You are more than welcome to come and join me.

Lauren A. Herman, Currently a retired banker specialist. She started writing books as a teenager and would read these to her sister, 12 years younger than her. Her and her husband, Lynn lived in Naples, Florida, for 21 years. Now lives in Lincoln university, PA for one year. She has 2 grown daughters and one stepson. She was also a Professional DJ and hosted many private parties and weddings while living in Fl. She has survived cancer and many other serious diseases and keeps journals on becoming an advocate against cancer through her Strength and will to live. She wrote a speech for a Cancer walk in Naples, and became the speaker for the Luminary Ceremony.

My mom loved butterflies & angels [so do I] On her gravestone I had them engrave a butterfly, & an angel, I also had her engrave Free At Last, The Butterfly Flies To Heights Unknown, My moms stone was not very big but somehow, she was able to fit everything I asked for, & did a beautiful job, & because my mom did not have that much life insurance I had to pay for the stone, she charged me almost half of what the cost would have been, So in my eyes, she is an angel. VERY NICE AUCTION, ..... WATCHING

Thank you Taradietrich Everyone should check out the Amazon.com rating for this book along with the reviews. It is truly one of the best books I have ever read and I had read literally hundreds of thousands of books. I own over ten thousand books right now and this is one of my favorites. It lays by my bedside and I read a chapter when going to sleep and one when waking up. I have read the entire thing but am going bakc through it again.

This would be so very awesome for your mother and would lift her spirits greatly. It would also help to keep your spirtis up too. Yes Marlie she does she does have lots of strenght and survival from God she does trust him all the way!! Thats why she wants to inspire people all over the world. She is amazing!! I get alot of great compliments that she is gods angel here for a reason to inspire people with her words of encouragements and isnpirations. She has a 5 star rating on Amazon!! So true elove it does affect the the entire family but i read my moms book alot and it does keep my spirits up . Here is some quotes from the book Faith faith is not withour woory or care, but faith is fear that has said a prayer Sometimes u have to stop worrying and just have faith that things will work out. Maybe not how u planned but just how they're supposed to. With God every day is a day to hope for the very best. To believe our prayers are being heard, to believe good new is on its way, and that anything can happen between yesterday and tomorrow. Difficult Times dont come your way just so you can survive them. God uses these times in your life to form and refine you. Every time you declare something accourding to the will of god you are taking a step of faith. My mom has always tell me now to smile more worry less.
