So, simply having a pistol grip on a firearm constitutes it being deemed "too tactical for civilian use." Because apparently being an avid military enthusiast and gun collector are two hobbies that rarely meet. Lol. I'd like to know who decided putting a foregrip on a rifle makes it any more or less dangerous. Someone's been playing too much call of duty me thinks. Lol!
