There is some light wear of usage around the corners and some light scratches on the screen (no serious damage or cracks) the phone works flawlessly (I've had the phone for about 2 years) It is on straight talk with a clean ESN. I'm giving it away because I just recently got a new phone on Straight Talk and no longer need this one. It does not come with a SD Card. It does come with a sim card and a charger.
