It is a verizon contract. It does not have any scratches. It does come with charger. It does have internet capability.

I know this is your first auction just tryingbto help you out you did verify with face book and twiter but you really should listia verify all you need to do is provide them a phone number no one has access to it just listia by providing that along with face book or twitter you well become listia verified they will give you a 4 digit code write it down they will call you right back punch in yhe 4 digit code they gave you when asked andvyou are listia verified good luck on your auction and watching

In order to see if the Phone is compatible with my daughter's prepaid network could you turn on the phone and retrieve the IMEI/MEID/ESN:Number? On a lot of phones I believe this is usually under the settings tab/phone. Thanks!
