Does the iPOD have a clip on it or a case? I would like it for working out but would need a clip or some way to attach it. Also what model it the iPOD? Is this new or used? Does it have video capacity? Is that what you mean when you say...it records or is it voice only? I don't see any headset listed or in the pic. Does it come with one or not? I wish it were black.

Does it come in the box with all the instructions, software, etc ? Is there a charger or does it use batteries? How many GB is the iPOD and are there headphones and what type? Is this the one that the winner gets or just an example? I want a red one with matching earphones. My last iPOD was a nano. Oh! Is there a memory card for the photos? How do you transfer them? Thanks!

NOT AN IPOD and read previous description. The unit is the one you get(pink) and the earphones are white, 4gb storage, no memory card, click and drag items to the unit, no batteries(internal). if the bid goes past 5000 winner can choose between pink, blue, or gray. good luck!

It just might be a iPod, you should look for the apple logo. should be on the package or back of item.

it's a MP4 player, and they design a lot of mp3's and mp4's to look like iPod's. Name brands sell, so thats why they design them to look like iPod's. =] hope this shed some light on this situation.
