I picked this medal up at a yard sale. Front of the medal: WAR SERVICE 1945 BOY SCOUTS GEN. EISENHOWER WAS TE PAPER CAMPAIGN. Back of the medal: AWARDED FOR EXTRA ORDINARY PATRIOTIC ACHIEVEMENT IN THE BOY SCOUTS GEN. EISENHOWER WASTE PAPER CAMPAIGN MARCO - APRIL 1945.
Other embellishments are the brass buttons with eagles, red, white & blue ribbon with red, white & blue stars.
