Drafted by the Phillies in 2008, Cisco made news in 2013 when the Phillies traded him to the Angels for "no compensation"; no money nor players were given to the Phillies, and he was not asked to clear wavers. This anomaly was made even stranger by the fact that Cisco had posted an impressive ERA of 1.70 between AA and AAA in 2011 and 2012,
You really have to wonder what Cisco did to make the Phillies feel so put out with him ...
