um... it does not contain nuts, and sugar may be in some of the ingredients , but you don't add sugar to it, if that makes since lol, contains coconut & some other fruit, & whpped cream. if that helps:) thank you

thank you, lol no theres no punch, its made in a glass punch bowl. well it doesnt have to be in a glass punch bowl i have made it i different kinds of bowls but the punch bowl is where the name came from.. and its eaten like a dessert :)
