This is a Lovely Set of Designer Eyeglass Frames. The Frames have a Clear Plastic Lense in them, which would be removed by your Optometrist to have your own lenses put in.

I don't understand about Eyeglass Measurements, but on the Back of the Eyeglass Holder Card it says:

"Bob Mackie," "773," "Color Tort (for Tortoise Shell)
Size "48 - 20/135"

The Frames are Wire Rimmed.
