Such a beautiful set, nice for a fun evening out or a formal occasion. The top is by Notations and is in great condition! Size 1X material is 100% polyester and is nice and light. The skirt was worn one time and is also light. It is a 2X brand is Briggs, material is also 100% polyester.

36 inches length and waist across Is 17 inches it as side zipper and elastic band waist band in back of skirt. Yes I think it would fit 18 02 20 I am 5 6 so it was above my ankles and some.
