looks like some like scratches, being black disc, it is hard to really see.
Yes, has case and paperwork and artwork and directions and everything it should have. IF it was just the disk, I would have said so in the description.

You don't have to worry about stuff like that with me. When I put something online and don't say that it doesn't come with a case or atrwork or stuff like that, it is just like you would buy it retail.
