I ship on Mondays & Fridays. I am not responsible for items lost or destroyed by the post office. I insure all high end items at my own expense. I use usps and will send you a tracking number when your item/items have been shipped.

I package my auctions well in bubble wrap. Please don't use a sharp object to remove them from the bubble wrap. Also trying to pry or rip them out of the bubble wrap can break jewelry. I try to use tape that peels away from the wrap and it does take time. I am not liable for an item you break.

In the case of lost or broken item/items: Insurance or not the usps does have an obligation to take reasonable care of item/items shipped. I will assist you in filing the claim. You must save all packing material and photos of the damage do help.

I will also assist you with a lost package. I keep very good records. I will be glad to insure any package if you want to pay for the insurance.
