I bought this dress in a little girls Boutique in Virginia Beach, Virginia, this dress was very expensive, and my little girl never wore this dress, just did not have an occasion to wear it. It would make a beautiful beauty contest. This dress is a size 4 but runs a little bit bigger than a reg. 4. The dress has lace ove the top and white cancan slip under the dress with liner, it is just beautiful, I hope you can see in the pictures how beautiful it really is.
