There are some "water or cleaner" marks on this bag. It looks like it might clean up pretty well. I am not sure if it is real patent leather or just a shiney plastic. Center has zip closure and a small inside zippered pocket. There is a nice asymetrical flap that snaps shut. Measures about 11" X 7", with a 40" strap.
