Hi ! I also don't have an Internet connection. .I'm curious though about the ** 4 AA BATTERIES
It seems to me that Indicates It will work Without the Internet.

No hun, it will only work with internet, that's why I am listing it, I gave it to my fiance as.a birthday gift, but we have not gotten internet service since then, if we had internet we would have kept it, but money is really tight right now, and we can't afford internet at the moment, im sorry.

No hun, it doesn't have to stay computer, it comes with directions and also a dvd instructions on how to use it, i just know it does not need to be connected to the computer to stay on, that's why i am offering batteries to go with it, it needs 4aa batteries, but i am purchasing a pack a batteries for it, i hope this answers your question:-)
