My friend has been using this oil for his acne scars and it actually works. Her skin looks great. I got some stretch marks from lifting weight and my trainer also recommended this oil. Have you heard anything about this?

I have found that some people have been using this tamanu for stretch marks and if you do a Google search you will find some studies on this subject. Tamanu promotes cell regeneration and helps to improve microcirculation.

Okay when this auction reaches 2500 points I will increase he Ounces of tamanu oil to 0.5 ounces. When it reaches 3000 I will increase it to 0.75 Ounces and if it reaches 3500 credits I will give you a total of 1 ounce of tamanu oil and half ounce of 100 percent pure and organic argan/ Moroccan oil.

Sorry I pressed comment instead of reply. I had a c-section 21 years ago and the superficial scar looks smoother, I am very happy with the results. Initially I was going to mix it with emu oil, but wanted to try it on its own for comparison. Yesterday I got my emu oil from Australia and now I am going to mix the two. Emu is one of the most penetrates oils. I feel that it will help carry the tamanu deeper.

I had a C_section 21 years ago and although I do not know how deeply the tamanu penetrated the superficial scar looks smoother. I would mix it with some emu oil, next time. Emu oil is one of the oils that penetrates skin the most. I will be posting emu soon. I just got it from Australia yesterday so have not gotten around to it. Thanks for your comment :)

Hello Katie, thanks for your question. TAMANU oil is great for scars. If you want an ultra potent serum for mature scars mix in 12 to 15 drops (total not each and per ounce of tamanu...half it if it is less) of helichrysum and carrot seed oil essential oils. If you are pregnant consult a physician. Also always do a patch test prior to using any essential oils (they are potent). You could start with 8 drops and work your way up.
