Okay Sweets, I am not as good with the app but you should be able to go to My Listia. (I don't know what OP System you have on your phone mine is an android) So I hit my menu button then my Listia and then you should be able to hit a update info button. Then you type in your address. I am so sorry I am not of more help. I could help on I pad or lap top and I use the phone app to upload my pics and to answer questions when I can't sit at the computer but I have never walked anyone through the process completely from the phone. If you can get to customer support which on my phone is one of the options from the opening page. I can say that they really are AWESOME about getting back with you and providing meaningful help with your questions usually with in 24 hours. All they are doing is verifying that your address is really an address not just something made up but they do that for people "giving" and those bidding. That is nice of you to say so but I can't think I was completely altruistic because I Love Listia and the more the merrier and the more good people the better and stronger Listia becomes. Also someone had to help me when I first started and so I a glad to help others. When I have the room in a listing I will tell people that they don't need to even bid on my auction in order to ask me for help. I know that when you first get started on Listia (I know I am extremely tech challenged) it can be overwhelming and it doesn't take long to explain it to someone so I figure we all better in the long run with a stronger community of Loving, Helpful, Kind People.
