I don't think it is I could be wrong I found it in a bunch of stuff my father left me i know he did fight in Vietnam but don't know a lot about the knife sorry

Fan & watching- Russian wording opposite side of azimuth "sun dial" gage? Sheath looks similar to AK-47 style with wire cutter, but can't see pommel (butt of handle) to verify attachment ability. Metric (cm) ruler, stunted blade/ grip protector- possibly Spetsnaz (Soviet Commando) type. What is handle made of?

To be honest to me it looks to be some type of metallic it is non magnetic
