this pendant is hallmarked "925" inside the bail meaning sterling silver. It features (21) .10ct marquise garnet gemstones in a flower shape.

Questions & Comments

A ruby is a precious gemstone while a garnet is a semi-precious gemstone. You refer to this gemstone auction as both so I'm a little confused. Are you positive the stones are one or the other? Thanks!

it was bought as genuine ruby and that is what it looks to be. I listed garnet gems just before this on and must have got them confused. sorry about that.

I also want to know if it is Ruby or Garnet, And are there stones around the center stone? If so, what are they? You might want to run it in to a Jewler and check. You can't edit the ad, since there are bids on it, but you could use the comments section to clarify. Listia is very strict on getting it right. If someone wins it and takes it to the Jewler and they find out that the stones are synthetic, Kistia could refund the credits or worse. You don't want to get in trouble because of a mistake that is easy to check.
