The listing, VINTAGE KITCHEN PRAYER LADY has ended.

Hello.....Here today is a Kitchen Prayer lady. These were
popular in the early 60's and came in everything you can imagine a kitchen needed. Cookie jar, napkin holder, s & p, grease keeper, soap dish, and this is a Ring or a Brillo pad keeper. It is in excellent condition with no blemishes I can see. I got excited when I found her and went right home to look her up. She is listed in Garage Sale & Flea
market finds for 75.00. Wow....! She stands at 6 inches. Her inscription reads " Queen for a Day, Mother, Queen for everyday . Made by Enesco. Thanks for looking folks.

this almost made me cry, when the show queen for a day was on tv, years ago, my mom and i would watch it together, brought me back a sweet memory, thanks!

This is very nice. In the pictures it looks like there is a blemish or possibly a chip just under the bun of hair on the back of her head. Is it a production blemish or possibly a small chip that was colored in? Or just looks that way in the picture and there is nothing wrong with it. Still all in all a very nice piece. I just could not tell from the picture (and they are good pictures -thank you) Thank you if you have time to respond.
