to receive digital TV signals and watch them, you must have an antenna to hook to the converter box to receive the signals, from an outside antenna to a set top model if you are in a large city

is there a reason you would like me to plug it in? as i don't have a tube tv to hook it up to, so i really cannot test beyond lights. anyway it is new never out of the box so it should be fine as with all new items.

I plugged it in and the light comes on when power button is pushed and then goes off when button is pushed again
