This color does not require any developer. It will color a vibrant violet color. Great for some peek a boo pieces, some highlights, or underneath color. Will show up best on light blonde hair and should make a noticeable color change on hair from medium/light brown to light blonde. Hair can be pre-lightened first for a noticeable dramatic result.
